Refund Policy

All of our items are handmade to order or, in the case of Ready-to-Ship Totes, one-of-a-kind and sold exactly as pictured. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or preference changes.

Damaged or defective items: if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at prettymuch@prettymuchcollection.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Ready-to-Ship Totes are unique, fully assembled pieces — once an item sells, that exact combination of patches, pins, and charms will not be recreated.
